Always trying to get better
They don't boss you around like they are controlling how the earth spins. They just give you the jobs you need to do and you go and do them.
Always willing to listen and consider other ideas

I can Make as much as I need to. My paycheck is basically up to me.

We get things done no matter what we do wrong or right.

When I get paid because the pay is pretty good.
