Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my experience level and responsibility should command a higher salary & equity package.
I'm undervalued because my managers and executives only care about what I can do for them. They don't care about my work-life balance or my career advancement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Athletes. Great place to be

The mass participation endurance sports world is overwhelmingly positive & dynamic. That said, there are some long hours and very high stress situations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Find a way to combat the toxicity of the environment. This includes firing some of the executive team that are in part to blame for the toxic environment.
