All together it's a really nice package, the compensation is truly fair even if not at the highest end of the spectrum - But you get to work a fun and caring company and in exciting industry. If you value happiness AND getting a good salary, then you will be all set!

I'm doing about the same work one of my friends does in another company (outsourcing). Farfetch pays about the double, gives me shares, gave me a fixed term contract for 1 year and Permanent contract after that with all the benefits attached.
