What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management Team consistently works to lead in a collaborative manner, accepting of employee feedback, forward thinking about the future of the company.

So bad! Communicate better. And be more helpful and motivational.

Lied to about comissions. Made it sound like a way better deal.
Communication was horrible and biased manager
Pay is not up to scale with the city's median income. Health benefits are questionable

It was quick and easy with just three interviews before I was hired.
Selectivity based on skill and qualification
They want to make sure ypu are a good fit, but provide endless support when you are brought on as part of the team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It took to long to get hired and paper work to go through 3 weeks
They don't seem to be transparent about expectations or salary

Successfully finishing a project, receiving praise
Making clients happy and doing my job well
Being able to work on creative projects
Our products are so amazing and clients are so creative

Fire all. And hire all new.
