What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting manager at the time and area director
The part that asks for a unique description of why you should be hired. I wrote a little song.
Prior to the pandemic, they would fly out final candidates.
i was qualified, i didnt need an interview.
I always enjoy Meeting new people
I had the chance to meet with several people and found the reason they all came to work here and continue to work here is so consistent.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
One good ear of discernment can sometimes be better than 6 judgmental ones
