People management, The HR Team needs some up dateing
Clear and consistent job duties that dont change every 3 months, better defined goals and vision for future, give and quit moving the goalpost.
Supporting their people where it counts
Micromanagement needs to be eradicated and hiring decisions should be made by an uninterested party, such as HR to rid the nepotism/hiring of friends who have the inappropriate skills to lead.
Listening more, trying not to be so politically correct and worry more about the lack of professionalism...
