- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The monkeys have taken over the zoo. Internal politics and sibling rivalry make getting anything valuable done impossible.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The Boston team does the best they can with a tyrannical boss who has no clear long-term goals and frequently changes short-term objectives. She talks more about her AA meetings than what should be gleaned from team meetings.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Toxic work environment starts from the top down. Nepotism & sibling rivalry taint every aspect of the job. The younger sister’s impatience & immaturity makes her an emotional erratic leader who changes team goals to fit her mood. She’s also constantly bad mouthing other managers/her own family.
