What do you like best about the leadership team?They listen to to employees and understand that mistakes are made and that there is room to grow

What needs to change to make the company culture better?The monkeys have taken over the zoo. Internal politics and sibling rivalry make getting anything valuable done impossible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The Boston team does the best they can with a tyrannical boss who has no clear long-term goals and frequently changes short-term objectives. She talks more about her AA meetings than what should be gleaned from team meetings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Toxic work environment starts from the top down. Nepotism & sibling rivalry taint every aspect of the job. The younger sister’s impatience & immaturity makes her an emotional erratic leader who changes team goals to fit her mood. She’s also constantly bad mouthing other managers/her own family.
