What are some of the best things about your team? They care about each other
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are forward thinking and revenue based
What did you like most about the interview process?Meeting actual managers and not having to deal with HR
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There doesn't seem tobe a team atmosphere, too many chiefs and not enough Indians as the saying goes. Too many levels of management that don't get the job done. Everyone is afraid of doing something wrong, so they don't do anything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication! We used to be a first name organization. Now we get emails with no name attached, so names are secret i guess.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management doesn't listen to good advice and continues to make bad decisions
