Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i believe working in a place cant make you reach your peak,but working with different places and people could help you grow so fast and better
Far below comparable organizations, yet there's always enough cash to pay a consultant, who's advice will be instantly disregarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are fast,efficient and supportive and very nice people around

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everything,that needs to be provided are definitely provided,even the tea at 12 as break time is something great and good to work with

Better and improved interdepartmental communications

friendliness and good relationship with the employee
It was too slow and they werent willing to budge on salrary
What makes you most happy at work?
i really love chewing gums...it keeps me lively and energertic
