What do you like best about the leadership team?
Does the best they can with manpower shortages

Need front office staff and better incentives to work there.

AAM continues to have poor performance at the Plants but does not make the necessary improvement in personnel to change the status

Appreciate the man power, remove the insecurities among the middle management. Hire good managers who believe in teamwork and promote transparency. Hire very good CIO. Improve the IT infrastructure.
Team work is must .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly tonnage bonus and quarterly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other employees in the exact same position made 7 dollars and hour more even though I was there longer.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quality, man-management. Transparency, communicate, time keeping
Need to get out of the old way is better mentality, since most have been in the company for decades, finding improvements for a issue that could have a better way to solve, something that worked 20 yrs ago may not work today.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now, NOTHING. It's gone down hill since AAM bought out MPG

Stop picking on the low seniority guys, favoritism plays a big part in everything.

Not being moved from my position to cover for absenteeism in another work classification
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay and benefits and COMMON SENSE from those in charge. Overtime so things can get fixed and cleaned correctly
