Consistent and clearly laid out policies, better training, and more periodic training

Management is very open door: you can always talk to someone if you are unhappy or uncomfortable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to ask questions to my interviewer as well and they were very open at each step
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a great store manager and regional manager, and while there are a lot of great people in the leadership team, there is also a lot of dead weight.
