It was a hard place to go into work. I would work my hardest and forego breaks just to catch up on work only to be told it wasn't enough. I had previously gotten suspended for a week for having 4 sick days out of 6 months. It forced me to break down crying in the car and look for another job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The regional manager had once forced my General manager to break down crying after telling her off. Which forced the GM to leave work early to better compose themselves. I tried to talk to the regional manager once but they treated me like I wasn't there. there was a lack in confidence with them.
