I worked there just shy of 3 months and I can say I do not think this company values their employees or customers. I have seen more coworkers be rude to customers and act as if they are an inconvenience. The customer pays our paychecks and I do not agree with how they are treated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly can not think of a positive about working there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way that the employees treat and speak to customers needs to be improved. They are treated like a burden.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to value their customers and employees and make them feel like they are respected and not just a number.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be nicer. This a supposedly employee owned company but noone respects eachother and every one talks bad about everyone. Its very sad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money is ok. The attendance policy and scheduling makes it hard to balance life and when you only hire adults how do they expect adults to live and not get enough hours to live on. Also illness is not under anyone's control and the point system is not a fair one especially during a pandemic.
