When I started working for the company in texas, it was a joyful experience. As the years have gone by I now get headaches when driving to work. Although I still love my job it's difficult when your employees are pulled to help freight or grocery, no one covers your off days.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talk with employees more. Work with them for a change at a store once yearly.
