What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my customers, having the tell me your team ido a great job. Them looking forward to seeing me o. Their next visit. Making my customers smile even laugh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard with the hours given to us. Each day is a better day for us . I strive to motivate my team, coworkers and myself. Most days it's hard to do but we push on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were 3 interviewers, they all looked as if they could see through me. But I wasn't worried about that because my first impression is also my last At the end of the interview we all were laughing out loud. (JUST BEINGMYSELF)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are at work, there's no fun or motivation for management. I feel like I'm being watched every day. When I'm talking with a customer I've been told not to spend to much time with them someone else might need help. But there's is rhe reasons my customers come back.
