What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are nice and we stick together against the lackadaisal management team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I wish the options were positive, negative and neutral because neutral wouldve been my selection.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its been 3 years since the interview but i dont have any bad memories about it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much, they can be friendly, but two-faced which makes me never want to interact with managers at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits and ESOP, but some stuff in the new CBA contract is not going to go into affect which makes the benefits worse.
What makes you most happy at work?
The money and benefits, but the lack of knowing whether itll be a 8 or 12 hour day until the last hour of the scheduled shift is mentally degrading.
