My experience has been like a dream come true. The job is amazing. I am a cashier, repair man, work as a grocery clerk and am well recognized on a personal level by mybsuperiors, am really excelling, however the company can't give me a raise, employee of the month or anything. No proper recongition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there are multiple investment options and insurance is cheap.

Usually get along and work really well as a team together.

Talking to the GM and hearing all the great things he had to say about winco.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people in the store with any of there needs or fixing stuff to help someone out everyday... life doesn't get much better than this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My thrive to Excell has been well recognized and my knowledge that can help the company (construction and maintenance) has been very welcomed. The leadership team has been the best I could ever ask for. Pay is based on hours worked and really holds some who extremely Excell back.
