What did you like most about the interview process?

That depends on what you apply for. Entry level expect a 10-15 minute interview. Easy questions that can be answered with common sense. Management positions expect a 1-2 hour interview with questions that can test your ethics, character, and your sense of right and wrong.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I worked for some of the best department managers in this company. I learned a lot from them and they nurtured my career. Store management is hit or miss. I've interacted with really good ones that were understanding, and I've had others use aggressive intimidation tactics on me. Favoritism is high.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Worked with a great team that was supportive and fun to work with. There was nothing better than the team. My boss was down to earth and we built a great relationship. Upper store management was always a gamble. It was obvious if they were in bad moods and it got to the point I avoided them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stocks were a complete joke. You're given a percentage of your annual pay (which is great if the minimum wage is high in your area) but if it's low then don't expect the growth they make it sound like you'll get. Pay was sub par. Other places paid 5 more an hour starting. Benefits don't pay bills.
