I have worked for WinCo Foods for over 27 years. I had good experiences but have never really felt appreciated. The company does a good job making money for their employee owners. It would be nice to actually feel that everyone matters and is heard.

I feel the happiest at work when it runs smoothly and efficiently.

We know how to get the work done. We could easily help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I could help in making the overall work environment better with my ideas. Our compensation is not keeping up with the economy.
