Ive applied twice, and still am lighthearted about some of the response. We work well/hard about the grocery store and each other. The problem is obviously with security, and maybe the maintenance options. I work a small winco, and we are very busy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Energy drinks, we all drink them. The price is low, and sometimes the cheapest ive seen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have heard good things, however im only hired part time. I have limited benefits...mostly just sick pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Holiday, we are all worked a lot during each holiday. Im part time and 4th of july had me full time hours for two months! Lots of work, hours, and experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been promoted some and others have been encouraged to continue. We dont hire to often but let other departments transfer in and work more hours. Thus the team is good, and the managers are keeping the job busy.
