What makes my day the most are positive teamwork environment. When everyone comes together to provide for our customers and give the best service and attention that is required of us as WinCo Foods.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership teams function extremely well when everyone is included for the best success of the company and not selfish relations. A team needs Leadership to run on a stable daily basis. If the leader is not practicing good selfless management every teammate member would enjoy coming to work everyday
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very good to the community. I was very excited to work there when I first started. The videos that instruct our coworkers are very just and very important to follow but it's the choices of certain workers at the company that really destroy the peace within it.
