Everyone is respectful and not obnoxious when any issues arise with distribution of hours and whatnot.

I get paid for the work i do and its nice to be saving some money automatically to secure my future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the openness and understanding. Ive never felt criticized or put down. And everyone is helpful never too busy or above taking the time out to answer questions or give information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive interaction with customers and all of the associates do their part to provide a positive and friendly environment. Whether they feel like it or not they do their part. And it makes the customer feel good.
