I can work at my own pace and I can work efficiently. I prefer to work SMARTER, not HARDER.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to invest time in the pricing compare the savings program. Pricing is the lifeblood of this company but we are given 0 respect and we are not acknowledged for the hard work we accomplish. Being paid the same amount of money as someone in a check stand is really discerning. We deserve more.
