Experienced employees have no time/ don't wish to train. Just walked away from me. Just started 1last week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, training. Needed help fixing time punch to avoid meal violation/lost hours. Manager too busy talking to cashier to help. Office managers don't know how to fix internal system error message. Personel manager not available until next week.
