What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, treating employees right, its an extremely toxic environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have actual teamwork in the workplace... there's too much gossip and antagonizing coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
lack of teamwork, and no accountability for management in the treatment of other coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
monitoring management and getting hours that are fair to everyone. There's alot of favoritism and manipulation .
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I got interviewed twice!? the other person wouldn't hire me, than a month later they did hire me.
