Nothing at all— were expected to hit quota despite if sick or not 100percent train

I have a job that is a blessing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Process and resources. The resources are out of date and wrong but we have to guess and then get crapped on for rejections. Because their resources are out of date. Also hold departments that lie accountable

There is no accountability for any departments and the logistics are spread way too thin to support anything

People always getting laid off I'm always wondering am I next
