Organization. They need to ask the people doing the work what is needed. Processes that are correct and paperwork that is correct.
Listen to employees to see where the problem is instead of always saying how much money you make. It is infuriating when nothing gets solved and we are supposed to be grateful for it?
Providing proper training for all inclusive
Simply put leadership, there is none.

Process and resources. The resources are out of date and wrong but we have to guess and then get crapped on for rejections. Because their resources are out of date. Also hold departments that lie accountable
There is no accountability for any departments and the logistics are spread way too thin to support anything
