Organization. They need to ask the people doing the work what is needed. Processes that are correct and paperwork that is correct.
The worst experience of my life dealing with a loan company. Customer service is beyond terrible! No one gets back to you in a timely manner. You can't ever get through to anyone when you call. I felt ignored and like no one cared about my situation. I wouldn't ever recommend this company!
If i was paid more and the benefits were better.
