What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization. They need to ask the people doing the work what is needed. Processes that are correct and paperwork that is correct.
Listen to employees to see where the problem is instead of always saying how much money you make. It is infuriating when nothing gets solved and we are supposed to be grateful for it?

If i was paid more and the benefits were better.
Pay is based on if you are liked rather than performance

Everything is biased based on if you are liked
Working together as a team, currently its every person for themselves
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop laying off whole teams and stop playing favoritism

Proper training despite if liked or not by immediate management
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Process and resources. The resources are out of date and wrong but we have to guess and then get crapped on for rejections. Because their resources are out of date. Also hold departments that lie accountable
There is no accountability for any departments and the logistics are spread way too thin to support anything
