Finding their replacements to properly run the company
Commucation is key, i wish thet understood that.

I feel normal and hopping a better pay in future
base is slightly low can be off set by bonus
A truly authentic culture that did more than lip service to its employees
With inflation i can barely survive
Can be stressful at times could be a better pay rate hourly.

Not really anything, it was so long ago

Poor leadership from the top down and chaotic processes that change every day
At this point, nothing. They keep losing people.
