What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great minds. Best resumes for education -- Harvard, Yale MIT. Good mix of younger and older team members. Diverse.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make a good wage but its now below the median salary for someone with my title and experience level.
There's no HR department; starting with a true HR person, things would be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Young, eager people who work well in tandem.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the leadership team were more transparent about what the want from the department.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leads are old and worked over by many!
It's hard to make a difference when you cannot work your plan.
There's nothing inherently wrong beyond that this was a cash reach and I don't feel like I'm curing cancer. Its a very niche operation. I'm learning how to be an improved professional, to be positive.
