Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is very low and my loyalty is not factored in.

I worked really hard and brought that company in a lot of money! (Donations). I would feel better if I was compensated back the money that was stolen from me for the hours I worked! And if the company doesn't willingly make it right Monday morning I will be filling a lawsuit! The entire company!
