Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Org structure plays a big part in how we are paid. Some dept's have Sr. Managers, and other do not. They go from IC to Director, which has a higher pay band. I have been in my role for 2 years and I am still not the top of the pay band
