Point Click Care is like a big family. They are always there when you need them and they don't complain about it. I was off for several months after having COVID and other complications. The support from my peers was nothing short of awesome. Even people I didn't know sent cards of well wishes.

learning new things every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't use the health benefits, and I work remotely, so it isn't easy taking advantage of many perks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their passion for doing the right thing and keeping things exciting is so amazing. I think their enthusiasm spreads across the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home, but I updated my office and that gives me additional drive to work hard. You have to have a good workspace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great new leader who is understanding and supportive of our team. We have added several new team members over the past year so the team has grown a lot and seems to be working well.
