Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued due to the verbal abuse and accusations that I’ve been a victim of lately in my 17 year Driving career “By both Dispatch and CEO’s of the Trucking Company” Shorting me on my Paychecks, harassing me when I’m off and not feeling well, Talking to me like a child & No retirement pay
