They are fun to work with and very collaborative. I enjoy learning from them and sharing my knowledge in return.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Extreme lack of trust within this company. Starts from the top down. Employees are afraid to act ethically for fear of retaliation. Employees find any reason to share with leadership to "get on their good side" even if the information is untrue. Anything to CYA vs support each other as a team.
