Eliminating pay disparity and the paper ceiling. Men are highly valued while women are disparaged regularly

A fair raise for a change
Extreme lack of trust within this company. Starts from the top down. Employees are afraid to act ethically for fear of retaliation. Employees find any reason to share with leadership to "get on their good side" even if the information is untrue. Anything to CYA vs support each other as a team.
Nothing, some are in the same boat as me (female)
Stop all the phony cheerleading and be honest about how they are using the lower paid employees. Taking double salary raises on their backs while the people who actually earn the money are given crumbs
Be more inclusive and end the fiefdoms
Make hiring decisions faster and stop the bureaucratic tag teaming
Given the cost increases across the board in living costs, the 2 to 3% raise given to the money Makers has fallen flat while the top 23 execs enjoyed 50 to 100% increases in their salaries
