Have a clear product vision and motivate everyone. Acting objectively but most of the time in favor of Dutch culture and their values.

Opportunities for advancement are fewer and since this is a global company, they need to implement a fair pay policy for its employees globally. They need to assess the overall culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need a better employee relationship, the top management should not always rely on their country heads' feedback. Create positive employee experiences by sending leader communications that convey enthusiasm, appreciation, and support.
