Opportunities for advancement are fewer and since this is a global company, they need to implement a fair pay policy for its employees globally. They need to assess the overall culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, open, and skillful. They share compliments with others and are very suportive.

Need a better employee relationship, the top management should not always rely on their country heads' feedback. Create positive employee experiences by sending leader communications that convey enthusiasm, appreciation, and support.
