High pay at the top, company passes expenses on to employees who are mostly women and people of color, wage increases of less than 50 cents per hour each year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company passes expenses on to employees who are women and people of color, employees must pay for equipment, internet, phone service, phones, computers to do work for company. Instead of company passing savings on to employees, company keeps savings to pay to shareholders and management.

Class action lawsuit against company so that company retroactively pays employees for use of employee equipment, employee internet, employee phone service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing positive I can say about company other than that I am looking forward to retirement so I can leave this company.

Retroactively pay employees for use of employee equipment, employee internet, employee phone and phone service, employee computers and minimum age starting at $15 per hour with pay increases of more than $1.00 per hour.
