Being able to contribute to SW with the noble cause of keeping people safe and making shipping efficient and more ecofriendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a flat & self organized company there is a very large number of people doing important decisions. So it is not a question about being on the "leadership team" or not, your influence is a product of your ideas, thoughts & expertise, not on position.
