As a flat & self organized company there is a very large number of people doing important decisions. So it is not a question about being on the "leadership team" or not, your influence is a product of your ideas, thoughts & expertise, not on position.
Open door policy of leadership
Leadership is very honest and open with employees. But they also need to stay on top of people not doing their jobs.
