What are some of the best things about your team?I got good people working for me and I make sure to get out of their way and let them go at it. I try to make sure others know who did the work so they get credit for all they do. I just there to do my own work and facilitate their ingenuity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Matching 401K, working remotely, and Insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They listen to ideas and promote innovation. My boss has my back and my staff are great people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of caring, guineness, terrible orientation, knee jerk reactions. Making life changing decisions even though facts unknown. Recognize talent, be humble Grow up
