What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always around and they know us by name
Easy to get a hold of, believe and live the open door policy, always respectful to everyone
They are really AWESOME people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the risk of the job. Knowing what we put out families through working odd shifts, holidays, no sick days, and overtime (forced).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is very competitive and benefits are comparable to the market

Sick days, fair contract, better attendance policies. More time off.
