Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were issued stock but without information on strike price and volume of shares etc. Top tier people paid less than people who can do less
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
differentiate between meetings and email, plan accordingly
Require our remote employees to come into the office a bit more often. At minimum once a quarter. There aren't the old school relationships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are outgrowing our building. So our office looks odd.
