If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Special Olympics Inc.?
Stop making this a Kennedy family controlled thing. We love them but it's sometimes ridiculous what you see in the trenches. Also, there's so many ambitious plans but not enough resources. Everything is suffering because of every new idea every year. We should take care of what we do have first.
What do people at Special Olympics Inc. think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The issue is that the Chairman keeps firing the CEOs so we've had a ton. It's hard to really feel the benefits of one CEO.
How's the work life balance at Special Olympics Inc.?

Great! I mean it depends on the position and if it's during the Games, but for the most part (day-to-day) it's pretty well-balanced.
