They make sure they get the best for their employees

I believe I should be making more for what I am doing. They have also messed up my pto

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I encourage everyone to work together to get though rough days
It is a calm and positive environment
I think the people we work with make working there enjoyable

Better management, fair treatment, and more contact with upper management

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with patients and the nursing staff
My coworkers are great and so is my boss.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the upper management to listen to the employees that are doing the work and stop putting so much on us and act as if they don't know we are under staffed
