Executive leadership takes a beat down approach, are clearly only in their roles to enrich themselves and jump ship before it fails. Clean house and promote from within to people who have a vested interest in the long-term future of the company, opposed to the next earnings call.
You have to invest to grow, not cut and divide.
Be more customer driven listen what your customers tell you
3M has not stayed up with the times. They are falling farther & farther. Use to be company focused on R&D, not it's focused on sales. Company use to care about employees, not it
It’s struggling to innovate its growth engine is commoditised and no new pipeline in pla
Internally focussed , product portfolio needs simplification
poor company culture towards base employees
We need a whole new staff overall

Manager demands too much overtime
Review from Operations Dept
There's a lot of overtime in our department.
Review from Product Dept
Let employees have some input in the hire pool, we work with these people we know if they really can work or not. To the powers that be they are just a piece of paper.
Review from Product Dept
Stop changing management so much. Causes us to stay in there every day of the week cleaning up their mess and trying to get their numbers they need for corporate. Not fair to us. We do have families!!
Review from Operations Dept
Hourly employees are treated badly, regarding time off work on weekends and most holidays. Employees are demoralized and demotivated. Management just needs to manage numbers better, put a priority on employee well being, consider a 5 day work week, and stop using holidays as work days.
Review from Product Dept
Poor management, they don't care about the people in the factory that makes the products. And work with the chemicals.
Review from Operations Dept
Leaders are worried about their bonuses rather than whats going on the production floor.
Review from Operations Dept
I'm not sure we are protected from the chemicals we work with or they will cause future health problems
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership is a disaster and people are leaving the company rapidly in the medical division
Review from Sales Dept
