The benefits are average as we were told by a senior vice president. The pay itself isn't terrible but it doesn't make up for the dehumanization and terrible decision making being made.

Hold all employees to the same standard. More management involvement, team meetings would be beneficial on a ground level. Be quick to respond to employee concerns and reinforce the company policies.
Be transparent open and honest verbally and in writing
The part in which they asked me to solve the Rubik's cube underwater was not very normal to me, but I guess it's a way to examine my problem solving - I wasn't able to complete the cube and needed to be medically attended for aspiration

Executive leadership takes a beat down approach, are clearly only in their roles to enrich themselves and jump ship before it fails. Clean house and promote from within to people who have a vested interest in the long-term future of the company, opposed to the next earnings call.
You have to invest to grow, not cut and divide.
